Lindsay Lohan was born on July 2, 1986, in New York, New York, USA. She was born as Lindsay Morgan Lohan and well known by Linds. Her father, Michael Lohan was a long-time Wall Street trader and a fomer actor and mother, Dina Lohan is a former Radio City Rockette. Lindsay Lohan has a sister, Aliana Lohan, was born in 1994 and two brothers, Dakota Lohan (born on June 16, 1996), and Michael Lohan (born on December 16, 1987). She is the eldest of four siblings.






Lindsay Lohan attended two schools, Laurel Springs School and a public high school, Sanford H. Calhoun High School. In the school, she was good at math and science. She also enjoyed swimming, gymnastics, ice-skating, roller blading, biking, singing, writing, reading and playing with her siblings.

At the age of 3, Lindsay Lohan began her career as a model for the Ford Academy. She appeared in more than sixty television commercials. Lindsay Lohan also worked for Abercrombie & Fitch Kids (A&F Kids) and Calvin Klein Kids.

In 1998, Lindsay Lohan's first movie, "The Parent Trap" was released. In this movie, she played a role of Hallie Parker/Annie James. Nancy Meyers was the director of this movie. For this movie, she won the Young Artist Awards. Her mother, Dina Lohan; her brother, Dakota; and her sister, Aliana had cameos in this movie during the airport scene.

Lindsay Lohan began her singing through her films. She sang the closing theme for the movie, "Freaky Friday soundtrack". For the movie, "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen soundtrack", she recorded four songs. In 2004, her first album, "Speak" was released. After this, in December 2005, another album, "A Little More Personal (Raw)" was released.

Lindsay Lohan is a great fan of Marilyn Monroe. Her favorite food is sushi. Marilyn Monroe and Ann-Margret are her idols. On May 31, 2005, Lindsay Lohan injured in a car accident involving a paparazzo that was with her for photography.
